Went in to purchase a used car, immediately greeted by Nick. Welcoming us to Auto Connections! My girlfriend and I explained to him what the needs and wants for the vehicle we wanted and he found us a Fully loaded Mercedes Benz. After a test drive, Mike had all the paperwork done up in a timely manner. We ended up getting the car. Nick and Mike at Auto Connections are very efficient and customer oriented! The transaction was stress free and seamless, you see the car you like, test drive it and pay for the sticker price , sales tax, registration and documentation fee, thats it. Nick was so professional, he worked with us on a Sunday after Christmas to facilitate the sales process and gave us a parting gift visa card. Honest guys. Great cars. What more can you ask for? My wife and I were looking for a van since our family is growing. We found a van within our price range on OfferUp and it was from Auto Connections. I contacted them and they were available to see me the same day! These guys must work around the clock or something. Anyway, I met with Nima and he was incredibly transparent about the vehicle, the pay, the breakdown, and what it looks like to walk out the door. No slight of hand. No funny business. He printed out the carfax for me, we reviewed the history of the van, and it was too good to turn down. I couldn't pay for it right then and there since we were in the process of selling our current vehicle to pay for the van. They were patient and understanding with us. A couple days later we were able to meet up with them. They held the van for us, washed it, had the paperwork ready, and we walked out of there with a new van! These guys take care of their vehicles. Before we purchased the van they showed us how they serviced it. Oil change, transmission fluid was checked, brakes were new, tires were new etc... All we had to do when we left was put gas in the van. I recommend doing business with them! They are new and relatively small, but if they keep this up and remain integris the way they are now, they will be OC's go-to spot for used cars!
